Job Description: Delivery Assistant helps with delivering, setting up, inspecting, and taking down inflatable equipment at parties and events. They may also function as inflatable operators for certain events. This is a part-time job that works primarily on weekends, with some opportunities for weekday work. Hours will vary based on delivery times and the number of deliveries. We believe strongly in promoting within; with advancement training for qualified candidates.

Able to work on weekends and as needed during the week

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:

Have a driver's license and dependable transportation to and from work.

Competent at loading a trailer and using a dolly to lift & pickup heavy equipment

Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions (ex: heat, cold, rain)

Proficient at working independently without direct supervision

Energetic, outgoing, responsible and have a good sense of direction.

Have a clean driving record, criminal record, & drug-free

Good employment history

Excellent customer service and communication skills (enjoy working with people and excel in providing great customer service).

Positive attitude

Friendly with children

Excellent track record for being on time

Strong attention to detail

Capable of driving a truck and/or trailer

Ability to work intermittent periods during which physical exertion is required (incl. but not limited to lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing, gripping, stooping).

Prior experience in inflatable or tent setup is a plus.

Starting Pay $12-$15/ Hour plus tips based on experience.

The Delivery Driver is responsible for loading, setting up, and picking up specified equipment at specified times. You will be responsible for ensuring all safety and operating instructions for the equipment are fully reviewed with the customer, along with ensuring all safety checks have been double-checked and cleaning standards have been met.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have the same characteristics as the Delivery Driver and the following:

25 + years old

Management Skills

Able to direct crew and handle all customer concerns at the job site.

Maintain safety standards

Maintain and enforce cleaning standards.

Good time management skills

Good problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills

Good marketing skills.

Technical skills

Starting pay is $15-$20/ Hour plus tips based on experience
